Dairy-Free Chai Ice Cream

A delightfully creamy but not too sweet chai ice cream with a coconut and cashew milk base. We used the Spicy Ginger Chai mix in our recipe, but any of the Evergreen Chai blends can be used to make this delicious chai ice cream.

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup evergreen chai mix

1 1/2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained)

1 cup canned coconut milk

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/16 tsp cinnamon powder

1/16 tsp ginger powder

How to:

Soak your cashews and freeze the bowl from your ice cream churner overnight.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Add ingredients to your ice cream churner and mix according to the ice cream maker's manual or around 45 minutes!
